Specializing in Sports Medicine

Dr. Meyer’s expertise is in the surgical treatment of bone and joint disorders, including fractures and sports-related injuries. Dr. Meyer recently joined the staff at Bronx-Lebanon Orthopaedics after being in private practice in California and Northern New Jersey. She has completed additional training in Sports Medicine by completing a fellowship in this area, and specializes in minimally invasive surgery and arthroscopy for reconstruction of the tendons of the knee and shoulder. This allows smaller incisions, and faster recuperation time and a more speedy return to sports and work. Dr. Meyer is interested in treating patients throughout all stages of disease, including total joint replacement of knees and shoulders. She also works with local sports teams to provide preventative care as well as emergent sports injury care of our local athletes both ON and OFF the field. She looks forward to developing a focused Sports Medicine Center here at Bronx-Lebanon to continue to improve your care.
